Aude Lekaboth
2026 Fellow
Focus Areas
Lekaboth is the Founder of Les Go Sciencent, a Cameroonian association with the mission to close the gender gap in STEM because she believes that a country cannot reach its full potential when half of its scientific talent is left behind. Through mentoring, school outreaches and capacity-building initiatives, she is raising the women leaders that Cameroon’s development demands.
With a Master’s degree in chemical engineering and having built her career across Europe including as a Technical Engineer at ExxonMobil, Lekaboth chose to return home to make science accessible, visible and desirable for the next generation of Cameroonian women. In Cameroon, she also serves as Administrative Coordinator at CRID Cameroon, on a project working on reducing the malaria burden in Africa.
“As a visionary leader, I strive to build a world where women do not just participate in science, they lead it, shape it, and use it to transform their communities.”
