Ardak Yerali is the founder and CEO of O’Peers, an affordable mental health care platform for employees. She is a Techstars Alumni and founder of the Mentor2Mentor community focused on women’s mental health, with more than 1,000 members. O’Peers is on a mission to provide equitable and accessible mental health care for every American company, regardless of size. Two of the most common mental health conditions, depression, and anxiety, cost the global economy $1 trillion each year. O’Peers’ priority is to help companies to build a happy workplace and boost employee productivity and retention through mental wellness. As of today, 76 percent of their mental wellness circle participants reported feeling less lonely and stressed while mainly working remotely.
