Anwulika Ngozi Okonjo is the Founder of Ijeruka, a Pan-African learning ecosystem reimagining how talent is nurtured across Africa and the diaspora. Ijeruka builds contextually-relevant learning experiences and digital tools that equip individuals and institutions with the knowledge, skills and strategic capabilities to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

She is also a Senior Learning Designer at Apolitical, where she leads research and program design projects for the Government AI Campus — an ambitious global initiative to equip one million public servants to lead effectively in the age of AI.

A Duke University graduate with a background in AI Product Design, Anwulika brings deep expertise in social innovation, systems thinking, education, and digital transformation. Her work is grounded in a commitment to cultural intelligence and designing bold, regenerative systems that meet the complex challenges of our time.
