At Project DEFY, the organization works to dismantle the rigid, top-down education system by creating Self-Designed Learning (SDL) spaces called Nooks, where communities reclaim the power to define their learning.

Answer Nzuma has held leadership positions ranging from communication lead, project management, strategy and partnership relations through the years. She currently holds the International Director of Projects role.
