Anne Dornelas was born in São Lourenço da Mata, in the metropolitan area of Recife. The only child of parents who did not go to college, Anne will be the first in her family to graduate from higher education. With dedication and effort, her parents have always worked hard to give her a better life. Receiving a full scholarship to study International Relations in Recife marked a major turning point in her journey. During her childhood and adolescence, Anne spent a lot of time with a family that had the financial means to offer her new opportunities, such as learning English through a specialized course. These experiences and the environment in which she was raised have motivated her to seek female leadership and to positively impact the lives of other girls, especially in contexts of social inequality. Today, in addition to her academic career, Anne leads social impact projects focused on education, gender equality, and women’s empowerment. She believes in the power of education and the potential of girls and women to change the world. Through her perseverance, she sets an inspiring example for those around her.

Anne Dornelas é natural de São Lourenço da Mata, na Região Metropolitana do Recife. Filha única de pais que não cursaram faculdade, Anne será a primeira em sua família a se formar no ensino superior. Com dedicação e esforço, seus pais sempre trabalharam arduamente para proporcionar uma vida melhor para ela. A oportunidade de cursar Relações Internacionais na cidade de Recife veio por meio de uma bolsa integral, o que foi um marco importante em sua trajetória. Durante sua infância e adolescência, Anne passou muito tempo na casa de uma família que, devido às suas condições financeiras, conseguiu oferecer a ela novas oportunidades, como o aprendizado do inglês em um curso especializado. Essas experiências e o ambiente em que cresceu a motivaram a buscar o protagonismo feminino e a impactar positivamente a vida de outras meninas, especialmente em contextos de desigualdade social. Hoje, além de sua trajetória acadêmica, Anne lidera projetos de impacto social focados em educação, igualdade de gênero e empoderamento feminino. Ela acredita no poder da educação e no potencial de meninas e mulheres para mudar o mundo, sendo um exemplo de perseverança e inspiração para aqueles ao seu redor.
