Focus Areas
Anna Lukianova is the Founder and CEO of Shedo, a next-generation social enterprise built to modernise career and leadership development for women across Iraq and Syria. Shedo rejects traditional, theory-heavy training, replacing it with agile, “learning-by-doing” methodologies like business simulations and corporate shadow days to equip women with practical tools to drive their own economic destiny.
An entrepreneur with an MSc in international marketing and executive education from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Lukianova brings over 13 years of experience driving consulting, strategic transformation, and market expansion across Western Europe, the UK, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the Middle East. Serving as a strategic consultant and board member for both for-profit and non-profit sectors globally, her journey is defined by action over permission. She leverages her international expertise to build robust networks, ensuring local female leaders have a clear runway to execute and scale on their own terms.
“As a visionary leader, I am committed to rewriting traditional career playbooks by equipping women with the modern, practical tools and strategic infrastructure to drive their own professional destiny.”
