Anna Łabno-Kucharska is the leader of the employer cooperation team at the Mamo Pracuj Foundation. This organization works to solve women’s problems when returning to the labour market after maternity and parental leaves. One of the most important features of the foundation is facilitating the hiring of women and mothers with employers who want to find the best employees for their teams. Since 2016, the foundation has run the #MamoPracujwIT programme, which shows the IT sector that women have an important role to play in this area.
