Recho has extensive experience in finance, business development, people management, and customer relationship management, and has recently completed a course in networking and cybersecurity to strengthen digital operations. She leads initiatives that optimize market reach, enhance organizational systems, and build sustainable partnerships, ensuring Helton Traders delivers both economic and environmental value.
