Anastasija Medvedeva is a radiography student and co‑founder of ACCREMETER, a MedTech startup developing a creatinine measurement device with AI‑based guidance for patients and clinicians. The device works like a glucometer – the user tests their creatinine level, scans a QR code, and receives personalised health guidance on their phone. ACCREMETER aims to make kidney health monitoring accessible, affordable, and smart, addressing a gap in point‑of‑care diagnostics.

Before pursuing healthcare, Anastasija worked in finance, including a role as an audit consultant at EY. She also served as Program Director Assistant at Baltic International Academy, where she coordinated academic administration and budgeting while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management. She is currently a first‑year radiography student and has completed Stanford’s Code in Place (Python) She volunteers as Entrepreneurship Channel Lead for Aspire Institute, managing a community of 22,000 members.
