Anagha Kamath is the Founder of KickStart Girls and the Director of Innovation at Mann Deshi Foundation. KickStart Girls nurtures self-assurance, social engagement, and “money-confidence” among children, adolescents, and young women in rural and marginalised communities through financial and digital literacy, vocational skills, and leadership development. Kamath is committed to supporting first-generation learners on pathways to education, employment, and entrepreneurship, ensuring they do not fall into cycles of school dropout, child marriage, early motherhood, and poverty and vulnerability.

Kamath wholeheartedly champions Mann Deshi Foundation’s initiatives in women’s entrepreneurship and community empowerment. She also serves on the Board of Mann Deshi Mahila Sahakari Bank, India’s first bank for and by rural women.
