Ana Isabel Dorantes is the Executive Director of Voces Vitales Guatemala, an NGO dedicated to empowering women and girls through programs that promote leadership, economic development, and life skills. One of its flagship initiatives, “Círculo de Amigas,” focuses on providing mentorship and fostering peer networks for young girls, ensuring they continue their education and avoid early pregnancy, laying the foundation for healthier futures.

Before joining NGOs, where she found her passion for helping others, Ana worked in multinational companies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and is an experienced executive with a background in strategy, operations, and international business development, having led assignments across Latin America and Europe. Ana Isabel has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the Central America and Caribbean regions, ultimately discovering her deep passion for making a positive impact on others.
