Ana Flávia da Silva Tuan

Ana Flávia is in her third year at the Aeronautics Technological Institute. A lover of STEM, she believes that through incentive and encouragement many young girls can also feel that way about those areas. For this reason, since her first year at school, Ana has been carrying out activities such as engineering, mentorship (with a focus on personal development) and talk projects for girls. In 2018, she published an article at the 11th annual International Conference of Education, Research and Innovation, carried out in Seville, Spain, under the topic Mentoring Program to spark STEM interest on youth, which addressed the mentorship activities carried out that year. Today, Ana teaches the public network professors to carry out engineering activities in their respective school classes, increasing the impact on these activities.
