Ama Ayeh is the Communications and Development Manager at the Women’s Impact Alliance (WIA), a global leadership community equipping women change-makers with the coaching, tools, and peer support needed to create lasting social and environmental impact. Through its flagship Empowered Leader Program, WIA supports high-potential women leaders across more than 95 countries with transformational leadership development rooted in equity, connection, and sustainability.

Ayeh has spent the past decade advancing gender equity, social justice, and community leadership. She has supported mission-driven organizations through development, communications, and advocacy work, always with a focus on amplifying women’s voices and driving systemic change. She holds a degree in Women and Gender Studies from Rutgers University and is a Colin Powell Leadership Institute Fellow.
