Ama Ayeh is a communications and development professional with expertise in social impact, fundraising, and digital strategy. She specializes in amplifying the voices of women and marginalized communities, advancing equity, and building sustainable systems for change through strategic communications, partnerships, and community engagement.

Ayeh has spent the past decade advancing gender equity, social justice, and community leadership. She has supported mission-driven organizations through development, communications, and advocacy work, always with a focus on amplifying women’s voices and driving systemic change. She holds a degree in Women and Gender Studies from Rutgers University and is a Colin Powell Leadership Institute Fellow.
