Akila Kridene is a strategic development and social innovation specialist who assists public and private institutions in their strategic development. Her expertise spans fundraising, program design and implementation, and impact evaluation. Currently working as an independent consultant, she previously cultivated a distinguished career spanning a decade at the U.S. Embassy’s Public Diplomacy section. As a lead Program Officer, she championed youth outreach, women’s empowerment, civil society and diversity and inclusion’s initiatives. Kridene’s dedication specifically focuses on empowering underserved communities in France.

Notably, Kridene recently partnered with the Fondation de France, a leading French philanthropic organisation, to optimize their strategy for promoting, supporting, and funding impactful outreach programs focused on human rights and combating discrimination across France.
