Aila Karimova is the Founder of Digital Business Academy, an education consultancy helping international students, refugees, migrants, first-generation learners, and job seekers access universities, scholarships, and career opportunities in the UK and the US. She supports learners in moving from education into employment and is developing Askalia AI to make university, scholarship, and career information accessible worldwide.

Karimova has over eight years of experience in education, business development, and social impact, supporting 117 students. Her leadership experience includes contributing to a World Central Kitchen fundraising campaign through ZOE supporting humanitarian relief efforts for Ukraine, refugee support initiatives with a London local council, and youth engagement through the UN High-Level Political Forum, UNESCO Centre for Peace, UNITAR, and the World Bank Group Youth Summit.
