Dr. Adriani Coleman founded DLPS with the mission to provide quality 21st century education skills through the use of technology to create a positive social impact for all Belizeans. She develops innovative digital learning solutions to empower students, teachers, and communities across the country.

Prior to launching DLPS, she served as an educator for eighteen years, during which she witnessed firsthand the importance of reaching all students, regardless of their learning needs or background. Her drive as a teacher stemmed from having a child with autism and another with dyslexia, which fueled her passion for inclusive and accessible education. She also worked extensively with at-risk youth, further solidifying her commitment to using technology to create transformative educational opportunities.
