Adriana Garcés is the Co-Founder of Boost Change Latam, a bold social enterprise working to shift power and rewrite how social impact is built across Latin America. Through hands-on workshops, strategic consultancies, and vibrant networks, Boost Change supports grassroots organizations and community leaders to amplify their voices, drive change on their own terms, and lead solutions rooted in dignity and justice. Garcés believes that those closest to the issues are not just beneficiaries; they are visionaries who deserve the tools, recognition, and space to lead.

With over a decade of experience in humanitarian response, migration policy, and refugee resettlement, Garcés has led field operations for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) as well as small local NGOs in Greece, always centering people in times of crisis. She holds a Master’s in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from LSE, a Master’s in Political Science from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a BA in International Relations from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

“As a visionary leader, I plant seeds of equity by making space for community-rooted power to grow, thrive, and lead transformation.”
