Adekunbi Bello is laying the foundation for the Pearl-Edge Network, a program that promotes early childhood trauma screening, timely intervention, and better outcomes for a seamless transition into adulthood for young people in Nigeria. The mission of the organization is to ensure that specialists are readily available, mental health education is provided in schools, and that other learning institutions, teachers, parents, and caregivers are trained to identify predisposing factors and early warning signs of mental health disorders while providing psychological first aid.

Bello works with a healthcare startup that provides interventions to improve inclusivity and support for corporate employees and their families living with emotional illnesses. Additionally, she co-founded The Nutrition Network Africa, working with a group of innovative women leveraging technology to revolutionize diabetes management in Africa.
