Adanne Uche is the CEO of Ady’s Agro Processing Limited, a social enterprise dedicated to producing safe, nutritious, and preservative-free food ingredients in Nigeria. The company focuses on improving nutrition outcomes and strengthening food systems through products such as natural spices, herbal teas, gluten-free flours (fonio/acha), Baby Blends, and Pasa, while working directly with smallholder farmers, especially women. Her vision is to transform local food systems by reducing food adulteration, post-harvest losses, and improving access to healthy, affordable food for households.
Adanne holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (French/German) and is a committed ecosystem builder with leadership roles across multiple networks, including USGEAA, Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), Nigeria Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP), Leading African Women in Food Fellowship (LAWFF), Abiriba Women Cultural Organisation (AWCO), LEAP, and ACIU, where she contributes to women’s entrepreneurship, food systems transformation, and youth empowerment. She also mentors women and youth entrepreneurs.
