Abirami Vivek is the Founder and Director of Magnet Minds Preschool and Daycare, an award-winning institution that has set new standards in early childhood education. She also serves as a Trustee at Kankali Trust for Arts and Cultural Economic Development, where she spearheads initiatives that empower marginalized communities through arts-based programs. With over a decade of corporate experience, Abirami transitioned into child and counseling psychology, establishing herself as a leader in early childhood education and mental health. Under her leadership, Magnet Minds Preschool has been consistently recognized as one of the top preschools in India, known for its innovative use of the Froebel’s methodology. Abirami’s commitment to holistic child development and her passion for education have earned her numerous accolades, including the “Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All” and the “Woman of the Decade” awards from the Women Economic Forum. Abirami holds a Doctorate in Philosophy (D.Phil) from Rai University, Ahmedabad, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology from Bharathiar University.
