Nan and Alyse start out by discussing how things are in Beijing currently, where Nan feels is starting to look much better than before, but it is still nowhere near normal. They also talk about how to take care of your mental health during these strange times of lockdowns and stay-at-home orders, including the importance of having a routine and being gentle with ourselves. Nan describes how she handles leading a remote team and her new podcast project, and gives guidance on how you can stay productive and well-managed from home! Tune in to hear her advice.
