April 2020 – VVEngage Fellow Angellica Aribam has been working on issues of gender, race and democratization of politics for more than a decade. Angellica is the founder of Femme First Foundation, which aims to increase the participation of women in politics by supplementing their existing skillsets through trainings and giving them new knowledge and perspectives.
Angellica sits down with Vital Voices President and CEO Alyse Nelson to discuss how people in India are handling the lockdown and much more.
