Currently, Zaima serves as the Tech and Innovation coordinator. In this role, she supports developing, implementing, and revitalizing the organization’s digital technology and operational resources, including the Vital Voices HQ Community Hub.
Prior to joining Vital Voices, Zaima supported the global nonprofit community at PayPal’s Giving Fund and Social Innovation team as a Senior Operations Associate. In her previous roles, she developed strategic partnerships and launched various outreach programs while specializing in fundraising, communications, and operations that have allowed her to support the frontlines of various social impact programs. Zaima graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in International Relations and Global Studies.
