Nat is the Program Coordinator for the GNRE team at Vital Voices. She provides case management support to the Urgent Assistance Program within the Voices Against Violence Initiative, programs directed at implementing projects designed to provide services to survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), and other programs in Asia. Before joining Vital Voices, Nat worked as the Anti-Human trafficking project officer at the Royal Thai Embassy, Washington D.C. She has knowledge, skills, and experience in the international development field with fifteen years of substantial and progressive responsibilities in program management, training design, advocacy and media outreach at both local and international NGOs., and eight years of experience in organizing training and capacity development programs for community-based organizations, local NGOs and migrant populations from South East Asian Nations, plus extensive monitoring and evaluation backgrounds on development projects.
