Maggie is the Director for the Global Network team at Vital Voices. In this role, she supports the Senior Technology Advisor with designing and implementing internal and external technology strategies. She brings expertise within women’s leadership and technology, and she has led multiple change management initiatives. Maggie also works closely on our network engagement initiatives, which focus on leveraging the power of the 18,000 women leaders in the Vital Voices Global Leadership Network to advance global progress.

Maggie’s previous roles at Vital Voices supported leadership development programs such as the VV100 Initiative, which provides holistic, individualized support to over 150 women leaders worldwide.

Prior to working at Vital Voices, Maggie was a Program Assistant at the Public International Law and Policy Group, which is an international pro-bono law firm focused on supporting peace negotiations. She was responsible for managing the daily finances of the organization, monitoring the financial management of five field offices, and overseeing 12 program budgets.

She received her B.A. in Human Rights Studies and Spanish with a minor in Political Science from the University of Dayton.
