Lindsey Penn

Lindsey is the MENA Program Assistant for the Global Network & Regional Engagement team. She supports the Voices Against Violence Urgent Assistance Fund.

Prior to joining Vital Voices, Lindsey was the Communications Coordinator for New Story Leadership, a summer program that brought Israelis and Palestinians to the United States for leadership training and activism. She has also served as Contributing Writer for Arab America, in addition to being a Legal Assistant at the Mooers Immigration law firm, and a Legislative Assistant at the Capstone Group in Denver. Lindsey has a BA in International Studies with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Denver. While an undergrad, Lindsey studied abroad for an academic year in Amman, Jordan.
