Kalli is a Program Assistant on the Leadership and Social Impact team at Vital Voices, where she supports the planning and execution of the VV Visionaries program. Prior to joining Vital Voices full-time, she earned her BA degree from the University of Delaware, completing a double major in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication, along with minors in Political Science and Women’s Studies.
During her time at the university, she supported the Middle Eastern Partnership Initiative (MEPI), working with student leaders from the MENA region to implement civic engagement projects. Her campus leadership roles included serving as a Resident Assistant, Chair of World Knowledge for the Delaware Diplomats Scholarship Program, Peer Educator and Building Manager within the university’s wellness department, and Equity Intern with the Biden Institute in San Francisco, where she focused on education policy. She also studied intercultural and health communication abroad in New Zealand.
Kalli is passionate about fostering cultural exchange and uplifting others through compassion, connection, and shared understanding.
