Jocelyn is the Program Manager of the Rising Voices portfolio of programs, dedicated to supporting the leadership development of young women and girls. As part of the Leadership & Social Impact team, Jocelyn oversees initiatives for young activists, entrepreneurs and community organizers across the American continent. Prior to joining Vital Voices, she was a professor of International Studies at Texas A&M University, where she received an Accountability, Climate, Equity & Scholarship fellowship for her research on literature, migration, and transnational feminism. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, spending time with her dog, and a variety of fitness activities.
