Amy Hegg

Amy is the Director of Operations at Vital Voices. In this role, among other responsibilities, Amy oversees financial management processes for various programs, supervises the internship program and also works closely with the operation and human resource teams.

Prior to this position, Amy was the Operations and Human Resource manager at Layer One Media, a digital marketing agency in Milwaukee, WI. She has also served as Administration Manager at Novo Group Inc., a recruiting consulting firm. In each role, Amy was responsible for managing operations and human resource processes. She received her B.A. in International Business from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater and is currently enrolled at American University to obtain her Master’s Degree in International Relations.
