Van is a Computer Science alumnus from the University of Sydney and currently Founder & CEO of Savvycom, one of Vietnam’s 50 Leading IT Companies. Van has been considered a passionate women entrepreneur who believes in a beautiful life enabled by technology. Being a speaker at TEDx 2017 as Women Entrepreneur in Tech and being featured in Top 15 Global Leaders to Watch 2017 of Forbes, Van is a great inspirational force for tech-savvy people, entrepreneurs in general, and female leaders in particular. In addition, Van is taking the role of Vice President of VNITO Alliance, Mentor of Cherie Blair Mentoring Program, and Board of Committee for Australian for Innovation. Van has been invited as the guest speaker for business/technology/women events, including APEC Conference, ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, Eurocham, HCM association for Women Entrepreneurs, and Hanoi Women Entrepreneur Group on Women Empowerment and Innovation.

 

Van has received several recognitions, including ASEAN Women Entrepreneur of The Year (2017), Top 100 Outstanding Start-up Entrepreneurs (2016), and 1st Winner of Mekong Women’s Entrepreneurship Challenge (2013).

 

Van was selected to be part of the 2020 FORTUNE-U.S. Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Program.
