Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist, Human Rights
Melineh Petrosyan is a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Human Rights Department at Vital Voices. In this role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining program monitoring and evaluation systems and providing monitoring and evaluation support to the Human Rights Projects.
Prior to joining Vital Voices, Melineh has worked with Chemonics International, Inc., USAID Mission in Armenia, OSCE Office in Yerevan, managing and overseeing the implementation of various projects in the areas of Democracy and Governance, Freedom of Media and Speech, Journalism and Education, and Human Rights. In her various roles, she was also responsible for developing and maintaining program monitoring and evaluation systems, including conducting evaluations and assessments.
Melineh received her master’s degree in Theological Studies from Boston University and Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) in International Relations from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
