Kimberly Lamar

Program Manager, Leadership and Social Impact team

Kim is a Program Manager for the Leadership and Social Impact team. During her time at Vital Voices she has worked on the Global Ambassadors Program, Leadership Incubator Fellowship, and Google Impact Challenge for Women and Girls. Prior to joining Vital Voices, Kim was at the ONE Campaign working with volunteers across the U.S. on advocacy towards ending extreme poverty. She first started her career with AmeriCorps where she was a service member for a local DC arts education nonprofit.

Kim attended the University of Montana where she received a BA in Communication and minors in Spanish and Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies. She has a passion and expertise around gender equity and inclusion within the social impact space.

Kim is an avid lover of podcasts, cooking competition shows, travel, and anything to do with Oprah.

Kim primarily supports the Leadership Incubator: a one-year fellowship program to provide women leaders in the United States with training, network expansion, mentorship, leadership development and community to bring their bold vision for change to life.
