Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist, Leadership and Global Activation

Kelly is the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Leadership & Global Activation department at Vital Voices. In this role she coordinates the design and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation framework to strengthen the individualized support that the organization offers to women leaders through the Innovation Partnerships Initiative. Additionally, she is the point person for a Gates Foundation funded research program with external evaluation firm Ipsos, piloting a M&E framework through case studies from three women within our network.

Prior to this position, Kelly was an Associate at Columbia University and has a history of work in the education and gender-based violence development sectors including in-country experience in Myanmar and Somaliland. Kelly received her Masters in International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York.
