Grace rose through the ranks in the hospitality industry from an apprentice to General Manager. She’s worked for many companies, including The Stanley, BAT(k) Ltd, and Don Suite Hotels (South Africa), and attended entrepreneurship courses from Growth Oriented Women Enterprises Program through African Management Services Company,

Grace’s passion was to build a recognizable brand, so, in 2007, she established Panini’s Corner. Since then, Palini’s has been at the cutting edge of the industry. Its mission is to be recognized as a main player in the catering industry by delivering the highest quality customer service with professionalism, honesty, consistency, and pride in what they do.

Grace graduated from Kenya Utalii College with a diploma in hotel management. She is currently an undergraduate student at St. Paul’s University studying Leadership and Management. She is a member of the Kenya Association of Women Business Owners.
