What Elisa hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship:
Elisa is excited to learn more about business planning, developing a business strategy, accounting and finance, risk management, raising capital, and how to use technology to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs. Elisa looks forward to connecting with seasoned business women and learning how they have built sustainable revenue models. She is also eager to learn the different ideas, tools, and strategies other women entrepreneurs employ and expand her understanding of international business and market dynamics.
What Elisa can offer other fellows:
Elisa is happy to share the challenges, experiences, and lessons she’s learned on doing business in a lesser developed country with an environment that is not conducive to operating a business. Elisa looks forward to being an advocate for Vital Voices in PNG and across the Pacific Island nations, helping recruit and encourage more women to join the VV network.
