Program Coordinator, Human Rights
Anne-Myriam is a member of the Vital Voices Human Rights team and provides urgent assistance to gender-based violence cases in Africa. Anne-Myriam graduated from the American University of Paris, with a semester abroad at the University of Cape Town, with a B.A. in International Comparative Politics. After graduating, she spent a month attending a sustainable development practicum in Pondicherry, India where she helped develop a grant proposal for a new shelter for domestic violence survivors.
Anne-Myriam is a former Americorps Member at an anti-poverty non-profit. There, she conducted drop-in case management to low-income D.C. residents and helped clients attain basic needs, employment, housing, access to benefits and more. Anne-Myriam also worked as a Resident Services Coordinator at a Section-8 apartment complex and as an Associate working on affordable housing. Anne-Myriam speaks English and French.
