Anggela is the CEO of Industria Metalica Sara SRL, a company based in Lima, Peru, that designs and produces coffee and cacao machines for process plant equipment. IMSA’s line of products include coffee roasters, dry process machines, bean to bar machines, and cacao lab machines. IMSA has been in the market for 35 years and is constantly looking for new innovative ways to improve their machines and services to meet the needs of their customers. Sara ensures that everyone at IMSA is well trained in how to process coffee and cacao, and how to make effective and quality machines. Anggela also serves as the Co-Founder and President of the Board of the Peruvian chapter of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA), Co-Founder of The Specialty Coffee Community, and Co-Organizer of “Espressate Muier.” She holds two dental degrees and a certification in Management of the Coffee and Cocoa Cooperative from ESAN Graduate School of Business. Anggela’s expertise is in strategic planning, event organizing, and project management. 

What Anggela hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship:
Anggela hopes to learn new problem-solving strategies that other fellows have used to overcome obstacles they face.

Anggela can offer her leadership experience from working with a diverse workforce, with coworkers from a variety of backgrounds. She can also share her experience and expertise in event organization.
