Saida Estefanía Peña Flores

Saida is a second-year student of the Law and Finances degree program at the Monterrey Institute of Technology. She is passionate about gender equality, as well as communicative reading, and she is the founder of two educational programs: “Leer para aprender” [Read to learn] and “Kuumba“, which seek to increase the number of young people that continue their studies in Mexico. Two years ago, Saida was recognized with the Líderes del Ma√±ana [Tomorrow’s Leaders] award, a scholarship that covers 100% of her university studies.

Saida was selected as a participant in the 2019 Voces Que Inspiran.
