Rumbidzai Yasini is the Founder of Sisterhood of Hope, a Zimbabwean initiative that empowers young women and girls through mentorship, educational workshops, and community support.

With Sisterhood of Hope, Rumbidzai is dedicated to creating a platform where young women can come together to discuss issues that affect them, find solutions to those issues, and create a path for their future that aligns with their dreams and aspirations. Rumbidzai Yasini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Bindura University, and her educational background in the field provides her with a unique perspective on the issues facing young women in her community. She has also completed various leadership and community organizing programs, including a certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Zimbabwe Institute of Management. These experiences have further equipped her with the skills needed to effectively run Sisterhood of Hope and make a lasting impact on the lives of young women.
