Phoebe Britten is the Founder & CEO of Inspire Tomorrow Education (ITE), a youth-led nonprofit advancing educational equity in Australia. ITE offers free tutoring, mentoring, and scholarship writing support to students from rural, low-income, and underrepresented communities, empowering young people through access to opportunity.

As a distinguished human rights advocate, she has held international advisory roles at the OECD, WTO, and the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership –  where she advocates for gender equality, systems change, and inclusive policymaking.
