Leading Youth to Foster Transformation in Africa (LYFTA) is an international youth-led organization headquartered in Monrovia, Liberia. Entirely volunteer-driven, LYFTA empowers young leaders to champion the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in their countries through civic engagement, advocacy, and youth development programs.

Kazondunge serve as the Botswana Country Representative for LYFTA and also a student mentor at the University of Botswana. As a former Vice Premier of the University of Sport Science Society, Kazondunge helped guide student leadership and development. Through the Botswana Center for Public Integrity, she co-led youth programs that amplified the voices of vulnerable children in community outreach projects. Her experience also includes hosting and reporting on youth and sports events with Ub radio, and contributing to policy advocacy through the Youth Model Parliament Botswana first cohort.
