Nthabeleng Mpho Senooane is a passionate advocate for educational empowerment and community development. She is currently laying the groundwork to establish a non-profit organization focused on advancing the execution and delivery of education-based programs in South Africa by equipping learners, mentoring emerging leaders, and evaluating the impact of these initiatives. Her mission is to drive meaningful, measurable change in the education sector, fostering growth and opportunity for underserved communities.

Nthabeleng’s extensive experience in operations and project management has positioned her as a results-driven leader in the non-profit and corporate sectors. During her tenure as an executive committee member at the South African BRICS Youth Association (SABYA), she led the development of systems and structures to enhance operational efficiency and effectively engaged with stakeholders to amplify the voices of young leaders on global platforms.

Additionally, she successfully managed diverse projects, coordinated cross-functional teams, and implemented impactful youth development programs. With a strong foundation in film production and two years of event management experience, her academic background further enhances her strategic approach to program planning and implementation.
