Montserrat Itzel Isidro Arcos

Montserrat Itzel Isidro Arcos, 18, has always wanted to be a role model. She has always been good at empathizing with others and achieving her goals. At age 16 she met a teacher who changed her trajectory and her goals in terms of who she wanted to be. He introduced her to STEAM subjects and the opportunities they offer. Thanks to another teacher – who acted as a mentor to her – she wants to support girls, women and young people to get into STEAM, scientific and cultural fields. She is currently looking for a way to further her personal, professional and academic development. 

Montserrat Itzel Isidro Arcos es una chica de 18 años, desde pequeña siempre ha querido ser una persona de admirar, siempre ha sido buena para empatizar y en lograr sus objetivos, a los 16 años conoció. Aún maestro que hizo cambiar su rumbo y su fin en cuanto a quien quería ser, junto con el conoció el lado STEAM, un lado de oportunidades y gracias a un maestra que es su guía, busca empoderar a niñas, mujeres y jóvenes en el ámbito STEAM, científico y cultural. Actualmente se encuentra buscando una forma de seguir desarrollándose personal, profesional y académicamente
