Chelsea Anne Hornby is the Founder of Elle International, a social impact organization dedicated to closing the Women’s Health Gap. Elle International advances access to safe, sustainable, and affordable diagnostic solutions for women’s health. Hornby’s mission is to empower women through comprehensive education and socio-economic inclusion, addressing critical disparities in women’s health and promoting dignity and well-being.

Hornby has held various leadership roles, including being selected as one of Mail & Guardian’s Top 200 Young South Africans and named Mastercard’s Top SME Leader in Healthcare for Africa and the Middle East. She has led initiatives that provide menstrual health education, distribute period products, and create economic opportunities for women, demonstrating her capability to manage complex projects and drive social change. Hornby is committed to create impactful solutions that empower and uplift women across Africa.
