Autumn Smith-Amy

Smith-Amy is an enthusiastic advocate for Indigenous Sovereignty, the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA1978), holistic law, and Survivor Led Leadership. She promotes reformation to pervasive systemic issues and excels at identifying barriers affecting marginalized community members inspiring felt change that provides meaningful sustainable support to the disenfranchised. Smith-Amy leads the state-wide support group Alaska Relative and Kinship Providers and Amy Consulting, a private advocacy firm inAnchorage. She has led extensive projects in Native Law, Child Welfare, and Human Trafficking
