Focus Areas
Itanya Africa Group is a community-based organization in lower eastern Kenya that works to dignify the livelihoods of female smallholder farmers. The organization focuses on three pillars: socio-economic development, capacity building, and climate resilience.
Ashley is the Co-Founder of Itanya Africa Group. She is also an associate with Value for Women, an organization that works to integrate gender inclusion into various organizations. Previously, she has served as Chief of Staff and Impact Manager for Includovate, and has worked and consulted for organizations, such as Future Africa Forum, Dalberg Advisors and the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics.
