Ananya Kundu is the Founder and Executive Director of the White Dot Solidarity Network, a youth peace collective based in India that provides needs-based capacity building and resources to young leaders and youth-led collectives from marginalized/vulnerable communities across Asia. The organization works to provide a safe space and platform for collaboration and advocacy. She believes true and meaningful participation of young leaders from diverse identities is extremely important for creating sustainable peace.
Kundu also works as the Gender & Programs Expert at Equality for Peace and Development, Afghanistan. She is a Youth Advisor at Global Institute for Women’s Leadership, ANU and was previously the Country Coordinator for India at Women’s Regional Network, as well as Co-Chair of the Climate Change Working Group at WCAPS. Ananya Holds a Masters in Gender Studies and Bachelors in English Language and Literature.
