We are seeking a talented professional with strong program implementation and case management skills for the position of Program Manager, Asia on the Global Network & Regional Engagement team with regional expertise in the Asia region. The Asia Program Manager’s primary responsibilities focus on serving as the lead for several subaward initiatives, developing partnerships, and assisting with Urgent Assistance Fund (UAF) cases in the Asia region for the Global Network & Regional Engagement team at Vital Voices predominately relating to the Voices Against Violence (VAV) initiative. The Asia Program Manager works in close collaboration with the Issue Advocacy, Leadership & Social Impact, and Tech & Innovation teams through various matrix teams to support these initiatives. The Asia Program Manager, GNRE reports directly to the Director of Prevention & Response Initiatives, Global Network & Regional Engagement.
They will work directly under the supervision and guidance of the Project lead and Vice President.

This position is a full-time, exempt position based in Washington, DC. If and when it is safe to travel, domestic and international travel up to 15% may be required for the position.
The starting salary range for this position is $54,215 based on experience and ability to have broad impact early. The compensation package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, and generous PTO including wellness flex days, generous parental leave, sabbatical time and volunteer leave as well as short- and long-term disability, life insurance, HSA, EAP, and a professional development stipend.
