Voces Vitales Argentina co-sponsors play by SEVEN director Teresa Constantini
The Buenos Aires annual book fair, one of the largest cultural events in the city, will host the play Hembras, un encuentro con mujeres notables, profiling the stories of remarkable Argentinean women of the past 100 years. The play will be staged by the Fundación Arte Vivo and Teresa Constantini, acclaimed Argentinean director, and is co-sponsored by Voces Vitales Argentina, Fundación Avon, and Fundación La Nación.
Constantini, who directed the Vital Voices play SEVEN in Buenos Aires in 2010 in collaboration with Voces Vitales Argentina, was inspired by her experience working on that production to bring Hembras to life. The play will feature actresses Rita Cortese, Teresa Constantini, Cecilia Dopazo, Graciela Dufau, Ana María Picchio, Adriana Salonia, and Soledad Silveyra.
It will be staged on April 29 at the Sala María Esther de Miguel. Check out the Facebook page for details.
