Reyna McPeck
Global Leadership Awards
Reyna McPeck always knew she wanted to become an entrepreneur. A mother of six, as energetic as she is determined, Reyna balanced family demands with an enduring childhood conviction. At age 30, her entrepreneurial spirit led her back to school.
Today, Reyna is managing partner of one of Venezuela’s leading manufacturing companies.
From the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce to the International Women’s Forum, Reyna defends women’s small businesses as if they were her own. A testament to the power of education at any age, she also teaches information technology and leadership skills with women in business, community organizations and politics.
As the founder and chair of the Vital Voices Venezuela chapter, Reyna inspires over 2,000 emerging women leaders throughout 10 states. She is currently working toward a partnership with the Universidad Monteávila that will award diplomas to this next generation of entrepreneurs.
